The Rudy and Martha Crisp Family Foundation (“the foundation”) was established in homage to the rich heritage of the Crisp family. The foundation is dedicated to enshrining the legacy of our ancestors in service to the community. The foundation has adopted the principle that “for unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required”. Rudy and Martha Crisp Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Corporation, incorporated in Charlotte, North Carolina.

​Company Summary:

The company will focus on two sectors of the population.

• The foundation will support services that enhance the lives of a geriatric demographic who are left with insufficient quality of care through adult day care services in the short-term leading to full campus-styled residency as a long-term goal.

• The foundation will support services that improve the higher educational opportunities of aspiring youth through programs designed to increase awareness of college choices (tours), by offering supplemental learning experiences for K-12 students (tutoring and mentoring) and through financial support (scholarships).
